Taxidermy case of two adult male and one adult female Tufted Duck. According ot Edward Hart, writing on 19 April 1927, 'Left (no 1): adult male, February 21st 1881; middle (no 2): adult male, February 21st 1881; right (no 3): adult female, February 21st 1881, winter plumage. Shot by me in Christchurch Harbour. Sexes differ: male; summer and winter plumage the same. Female; summer and winter plumage differ. Mounted by me.
