Long rectangular cream barkcloth with painted and stencilled decoration in black and brown. The textile seems to be part of a longer cloth, the patterns appear to be cut at both narrower ends. The length of the tapa is divided into 3 smaller sections by change of patterns. The majority of the patterns are black, consisting of bands, stripes, diagonals, as well as square areas subdivided by triangles or smaller squares. All 3 sections contain 2 bands of 2 paired narrow brown checks or stripes in different areas of the overall patterning.
