Woman's lambskin jerkin. Shaped like a waistcoat, trimmed with basil edgings. Applique floral designs placed compactly to cover the whole surface of the jerkin, are outlined in basil and silk embroidery. The edges of the applique designs are sewn on with 'sirom' (a narrow band of coloured basil), typical of all jerkins. Length: 42 cm; Width round the hem: 92 cm.
