Sleeveless waistcoat of red velvet, edges trimmed with green binding. Decorated all over with star patterns formed of tube beading, and groups of white glass beads. A row of metal hook elements along the front opening, with a narrow strip of folded and hemmed red white and green printed fabric to wind across the hooks to secure the garment.
