Indo Persian, written in Nagari script, it reads: 'śrī sītārā-ma (j)ī sahāya se--vaka ṭākurāmāṃ va tasya gha (or dya?) batra bhajāvata'. This translates as: 'His Honour, Sītārām, the sahāy (adherent) (and) sevak (devotee) of ....'.
