A model banner on a wooden, black and red lacquered flagpole with a horizontal shaft at top of the pole. There is a golden ball of light material fixed to the top of the pole. The banner is decorated with a grey coloured wave at the bottom with two blue birds above, and two blue horizontal stripes on the upper part. The edges of the banner are hand stitched and attached to the pole on the vertical side with five loops of fabric and on the horizontal part with three loops of fabric. These pieces of fabric appear to be glued to the banner and have painted stitches.
