Accessions register for primarily paper based records transferred to the Horniman Museum's special collections, including records from internal departments and external donations such as the Boosey and Hawkes archive. Information recorded in the register includes a running accession number, dates, name of author or creator, number of items, vendor name, price and additional notes. The register pre-dates the use of MIMSY to accession and catalogue the museum's archive material.
