Bronze knife-shaped coin which combines the features of a knife with a curved end and a coin with a square hole. On the obverse, it has Chinese inscriptions in seal script. Inscribed on the vertical axis of the coin is 'yi dao' meaning 'one knife', while 'ping wu qian', meaning 'worth 5,000 cash', is inscribed on the blade.
