Pipe with stem and bowl carved from a single piece of wood, and bamboo mouthpiece. Above the stem is an integral figure of a crouching tiger, its stripes painted, with a wide human like face. The tail merges into the bowl of the pipe which portrays the face of a man with a large pointed nose, large narrow eyes and smile and protruding ears.
