Rectangular piece of embroidered linen textile. The patterning comprises three circular motifs outlined in grey (and some black) on a red ground. In the centre of each circle is some pulled thread work, worked in white cotton. Two partial circle motifs fill the remaining red ground. One of the longer edges is hemmed, along with one of the shorter edges. The other shorter edge is a selvedge. Red blanket stitching secures most of the other longer edge, suggesting the piece is part of the yoke of a blouse (?).
