Hoe with wooden shaft, steel blade with slightly pointed cutting edge, keyhole shape with a wide shaft hole; roughly forged, shginy and slightly rusty on the working surfaces, dull elsewhere with earth encrusted on. The head fits loosely on a short wooden shaft, natural in colour and split in various places; slightly wider at the top to prevent the blade slipping off. 455 long x 65 wide (blade).
