Long sample of yellow satin silk textile, rectangular in shape with multicoloured embroidery depicting a landscape with rocks, water, flowering branches and two birds, one a pheasant, within a double border. The inner border consists of alternating bats and floral sprays. The outer border consist of repeating floral motif.

Acquired by the donor's aunt, Miss Hilda Sparks, at turn of the 20th century.
