Textile tool in the form of a metal nib of a wax applicator used for batik called 'canting' used with a bamboo holder. The nib is constructed in three parts. In two, the piece of flat metal has been rolled into a tube. The middle piece has been folded in half and sealed at the sides to create a reservoir to which the two tubular pieces are attached in the bottom corners. One ot the two is of a narrower diametre and curves upward. The other one curves downward.
