Membership recruitment

Records relating to the management and changes to the membership scheme administered by the Friends of the Horniman. Includes a report on improving membership recruitment, a proposal on Young Friends to put to the AGM (June 2009), points to consider when planning membership recruitment, issues relating to membership resolved during the 27 January 2010 Committee Meeting, minutes of a special meeting to discuss proposed Membership changes (2 December 2009), and reports on trends in membership (new members and renewals) covering 1988-2008. Also includes information on the timing of subscriptions to the Friends, procedures for purchases at Visitor Reception, and a black copy of a Friends Membership Questionnaire (2004).
