Notes taken by Horniman Museum staff and Mrs Margaret Pleming while attempting to identify individuals in Laura Horniman's photograph album, 2006

File containing a letter from Margaret Pleming to Finbar Whooley (Director Curatorial and Public Engagement, Horniman Museum) commenting on the 'old album' of photograph of members of the Horniman and Plomer families, which was given to the Horniman, and featuring a photocopy of Margaret's great grandmother Mary Ann, whose sister Miss Butcher was housekeeper for the Horniman family in the 1880s.. Also enclosed is a two page handwritten list identifying some of the individuals featuring in the album. The letter implies that Margaret Pleming may have donated the album to the Museum.
