Photographs of the Rumanian Folk Art Exhibition held at the Horniman Museum and Gardens in 1957. The exhibition was curated by Horniman Museum curator Otto Samson. The exhibition was unique in the context of other Horniman exhibits up until this time because it focused on folk art, was the first regional specific temporary exhibition at the Museum and celebrated craftsmanship in Eastern Europe (a region neglected by many Western Museums during this period).
