Letter from Frederick John Horniman to Mr Kemp thanking him for his donation of objects to the Museum, 1896
Hart Museum Visitor Books
35mm slide: The whole village coming out to meet the group and escort them to a village. Peter thinks this is SCHANGZHAI village, Changzhai, which seems to be where they had lunch. His log book also has ‘Dahzhi’, crossed out, and then ‘Dongkou’, perhaps the name of the village they had stayed in the previous night.
