Small, rectangular piece of cotton embroidered textile. The patterning comprises a row of alternating motifs set in a yellow ground of pulled thread work. One motif is of a plant and is repeated five times. It is worked mainly in black, with some red and blue cotton threads. The other, a very stylised flower motif, is repeated four times and has, additionally, light green cotton threads. The centre panel is framed with a solid black line and at one of the longer edges is a black zig zag line infilled with yellow triangles. The textile is lined with plain cotton fabric.
