Glitzy Sunnat Toi (circumcision ceremony) hat/crown with a pointed peak in dark blue velvet (probably synthetic) and five stars (each with 6 points) sewn on over the frontal ornament. This ornament is in golden tinsel with a white star and loops motif. Around the base is a turban and tail in golden synthetic material, with coloured stars sewn on in purple, blue, orange and yellow. The loops are filled in with purple and green. Very ‘theatrical’ in appearance.
