Lid turned from light wood with straight sides tapering inwards towards the top which is flat with an integral central knob, painted on the outside with horizontal bands, the main one on the sides of scrolled motifs, with a band of dentate shapes below, the top with concentric bands of dentate and petal shapes, all in gold against red and black bands.

Collection Information

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
