Rod puppet, wayang golek, representing Gatot Kaca. He has wide eyes and nose, and bushy moustache; hair in the style known as supit urang, or pinching shrimp. Distinctive back wing. Face painted blue. Garuda muncur in the headdress. Wears a black bodice and apron, fringed. The batik skirt cloth is faded, cream with a pink and pale brown floral design. An upper arm band and bracelet on each arm, each consisting of a plain lower section and an upper section with triangular painted designs. Articulated arms, from which hands project at right angles. Java, Indonesia.
