Painted porcelain figure of rakan, seated on a rock with his arms linked across his knees. Bare-headed and bald. Gold hooped earings in each ear, gold bracelet on each arm. Long sleeved monk's robe with short cloak over the top. garments in red , gold pink and white with floral motifs. Lion (shishi) at his feet. Kutani ware.
