



Part of a carved wooden archway, made from teak wood. A carved wooden pillar, square in cross section at the top and bottom section, with a cylindrical central section. The cylindrical section is carved throughout with vertical lines of flower designs and peacock feathers. At the top, the face which faces outwards, is intricately carved. The others all have a vertical slot for flat panels to fit into. The one to the right is marked ‘LXXX’ and ‘B’ (This connects to parts 19 and 20). The one to the left ‘LXXIX’, (This connects to part 18) and the back one is marked ‘XCIII’ and a sticker marked ‘D4’ (This connects to part 31). At the top end, a square joint protrudes, this is marked ‘LXI’ (This passes through part 17).
