








Part of a carved wooden archway, made from teak wood. A rectangular panel of wood, with a curved scalloped section cut out from the bottom edge. One side is intricately carved with a two dragons with claws locked and heads facing down. There are marks where four batons would have been connected on the back, two at each of the long ends. A sticker on the back reads ‘D4’ and writing in red pencil directly on the object reads ’NPL 28’ On the top edge ‘LXXXIX’ is written (This slots into part 27). The left side is marked‘XCIII’ (This slots into part 14) and on the right ‘XCIV’ (This slots into part 3). This panel is warped.
