Letter regarding a painted Geroge IV banner for 21/-.

Letter in regards to a painted George IV banner that was used in Carlisle for the coronation of George IV in 1820 which the author took from a pawn broker. The author values the item at 21/- but would accept a lower price if too high. Author is also collecting batons that may be of interest and has so far been unable to get hold of a Royal Irish staff.
