Metal club or staff, from Africa. Very long cylindrical shaft, which narrows to a point at one end. The metal is engraved with diamond and banding patterns along its length. At the top there is a stylised head, with facial features, below which are two circular ridges, from which hang pendants in the shape of human heads.
