Daoist charm in the form of a cast brass plaque resembling an ancient mirror. The obverse pattern depicts two phoenixes within a band of key-fret patterning, under two dragon heads chasing a flaming pearl. Reverse depicts a Daoist Eight Trigram, bagua, with a stylised yin-yang design at the centre. Three brass loops threaded through from back. A number of pierced holes placed around the plaque. Possible remains of red pigment.
