Possibly a charm or fetish object. Tasseled skin pouch or bag lined with brown and blue striped netting lining. The bag is roughly oval in shape and is held together with iron nails and several empty holes. There are two tassels made of plant material attached to the blue and brown lining of the bag at each side. Along the top several tassels are attached along the edge. At the bottom there is a length of skin with half of a curved black horn attached. The horn has been cut in half lengthways.
