Rectangular piece of woven textile, made in two sections and sewn together at one of the shorter ends. A squarish piece of linen has been sewn onto the fabric, indicating it was once part of an item of clothing. It is in very poor condition, with two tears. The patterning is produced by a twill patterned continuous supplementary weft (linen ?) on a linen (?) tabby woven ground.
