Bassoon bass edeophone. English system. Serial number 51517. Inset nickel silver scroll: 'The Edeophone, Lachenall & Co.' Left-hand has a similar scroll, engraved '51517, London WC.' Nine-fold black leather bellows. A mixture of round-end brass slot-in, and square-end screw-on beds, all with steel tongues.
